This is the place where our children’s earliest church memories will be created.
Many AME’s look back with fond memories about our days in the YPD. It gave us an opportunity to get to know the kids in our church and in other churches all over the globe. The purpose is to build community among the children and youth; provide leadership development; perform service projects; study the Bible and the AME Church; and to conduct and participate in workshops relevant to the issues facing the youth. The YPD Director at Bethel is Karen Evans. At Bethel we have a very active YPD.
